Stepp Stewart is the owner of Dynamite Productions which houses Red Hot Broadway, Dynamite National Talent Competition, Stepp With Me Dance Conventions, and is one of the country's hottest, much sought after guest teachers of Dance & Musical Theater. Stepp has toured the world as a performer in such shows as: Cats, Jelly's Last Jam, Dreamgirls, Bubbling Brown Sugar, Hot Mikado, Sophisticated Ladies, and Applause, just to name a few.

Born in Orrville, Ohio, Stepp is known in the entertainment world as "Mr. Energy","Mr. Positive", "Mr. Dynamite". As a Producer, Director, and Choreographer, Stepp has brought numerous productions to audiences across the United States. He producded the New York run of Red Hot Broadway starring BJ Crosby as well as all other engagements of the show which he created with his partner, Ronald Gill. Stepp also is the creator, song writer, and choreographer for the hit kids singing group, Show-N-Tell. He has worked and toured with such artist as Debbie Gibson, Savion Glover, Maurice Hines, Ben Vereen, Stefanie Powers, Paula Abdul, Fantasia, Ruben Studdard, Kelly Clarkson, and more. He has appeared on such television shows as: American Bandstand, Top Of The Pops, Solid Gold, American Idol, and The Arsenio Hall Show.
