Stepp Stewart's Chocolettes were created in 2007 for the city of Philadelphia, they have appeared on the 10! Show and make Holiday appearances around the city. The troupe is fashioned after the famous Radio City Music Hall Rockettes. These young ladies are mostly African American and hispanic to reflect the diversity in Philadelphia.
