Meet “The Chocolettes”cont...
Made up of dancers from the High School of Creative and Performing Arts, area College students, and former Eagles Cheerleaders, Stewart will... be presenting “The Chocolettes” this holiday season as an addition to the Arts in Philadelphia. This long over due group of dancers will spread Holiday Cheer to those in need. In light of the city’s growing violence and daily tragedies, Stepp Stewart, who makes his home in Philadelphia, created “The Chocolettes as new positive role models for little girls everywhere. Most of the girls are African American which puts a new face this type of group. The Chocolettes will be appearing at Area Salvation Army Shelters, A Southwest Philadelphia Winter Block Party, local Television Shows, and the girls will be shooting their own greeting cards.
