Stepp's Fitness Classes are extreme high energy, very popular, and are designed for all levels. This is NOT a Step Aerobic Class. There is no equipment involved, just your body. Please wear sneakers and workout attire. The warm-up remains the same but the routine changes each week; from Hip-Hop to Broadway. You will love it! Come prepared to work it out!
