All performers should be ready to perform at least one hour prior to their scheduled time. Make sure that your
CD's have the correct Dynamite assigned numbers on them and are properly labeled. Please, turn your CD's in
to the announcer at the top of the day or no later than 5 routines prior to yours. Be sure to listen for your
number to be called. Forgetting your routine & leaving the stage could result in a lower placement or dis
qualification. Please do not eat or drink in the theatre or dressing rooms. We want to be able to return to this
venue if needed. Any person caught littering may cause points to be deducted from their school. No videotaping
with any electronic device. This includes cell phones. You (the performer/parent/teacher) may order your solo
performance on DVD or video. DVD’s or videos of duets/trios and group performances require teacher's signature
on each video order form. Please no smoking in the building and in certain cities, on the premises. Please no
saving seats. This includes seats for dancers. DO NOT sit in or block the isle. We must follow the rules of each
theatre. You must share the dressing room areas. No group has first call on any space. Remember; you will have
to share a dressing room when you get to Broadway. Please scream & cheer for all performers.

After turning in your music and reporting backstage, please do not leave the backstage area until after your
performance. Once you report backstage, we cannot be responsible for finding you elsewhere in the theatre.
Reporting backstage means that you and/or your entire group are ready to perform. Please only send one
representative from your group to report to the stage manager. After reporting to the stage manager, You
and/or your entire group must remain in the holding area until called backstage by the stage manager.
Please do not rehearse on the stage unless given permission by the announcer or stage manager. You may
warm-up quietly in the wings if you are the next act on stage. Most importantly, We want you to have a safe
and happy time at DYNAMITE!
